What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard cleaning covers the regular upkeep — kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping. A deep cleaning goes after what builds up underneath that: baseboards and trim, behind and under furniture, and detailed work in the kitchen and bathrooms. Most homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in a while start with a deep clean, then move to a standard clean on a schedule.
Do you clean apartments and condos?
Yes. Apartment cleaning is one of our core services, from studios through multi-bedroom units. We work with building access requirements and can schedule around elevator or entry restrictions if your building has them.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Bi-weekly is the rhythm most households settle into, but there's no wrong answer. You can also book a single one-time cleaning with no ongoing commitment.
What is a move-in / move-out cleaning?
It's a full clean of an empty home, timed around your closing or lease date. Because the space is empty, we can reach everything — inside cabinets and drawers, appliances, fixtures, and every room floor to ceiling. Buyers and renters book it to walk into a genuinely clean place; sellers and tenants book it to leave one behind.
Do you clean offices or commercial spaces?
Not at this time. City Maid Clean is focused on residential work — houses, apartments and condos — so we can do that well rather than spreading thin.
