This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no login, no shopping cart and no payment processing. We do not run a database that stores visitor information, and we do not ask you to create a profile.
We do not currently run advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or analytics cookies on this site. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before turning it on.
Our hosting provider automatically keeps standard server logs — the kind every website generates — which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability, not assembled by us into profiles of individual visitors.
If you contact us for a quote or to book a cleaning, you'll share things like your name, phone number, email address, the address of the home to be cleaned, and details about the property and what you need done. We use that to give you a price, schedule the work, and actually do the job.
The application form on our careers page does not submit to a server. When you press “Send Application,” it opens your own email program with the details filled in, addressed to us. Nothing is transmitted until you send that email — and when you do, it arrives as an ordinary email in our inbox. We are not storing your application in a web database.

You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time, and we'll stop.
